Client Facing Project Coordinator - Web Development

-About us
We've been building software - web applications, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, custom business tools for international clients. Our developers handle all the building. We are looking for a client-facing team member to manage communication with our clients.

-The role
This is a communication and coordination role not a coding role. You will not write any code; our development team does all the building. Your job is to be the bridge between our clients and our team. You need solid, intermediate-level web development knowledge so you can understand client needs, speak about projects confidently, and explain technical things in simple language.

-What you'll do
*Attend and lead video meetings with our clients
*Understand client requirements and write them down clearly for our team
*Explain project progress and updates to clients
*Answer clients' general technical questions about their web projects
*Keep communication smooth and professional between clients and our developers

-What we're looking for:
*Resident of the United States
*Excellent spoken and written English
*Confident and professional on video calls
*web development knowledge enough to discuss projects, not to build them
*Able to explain technical ideas in a simple way
*Reliable and quick to respond

-Nice to have
*Past experience as a project manager, account manager, or in another client-facing role at a tech or web company
*Experience working with a remote development team
