Booking system development

We are a children's science company (www.genielab.co.uk) looking for a developer to come up with a intelligent booking system which can be accessed by our customers and also our franchisees UK wide.
The customer would ideally be able to input their postcode and be referred to a calendar of availability in their area. They would then be able to book via and online booking form and pay via a provider such as Stripe payments. Head office (ie the franchisor) would be across all bookings and payments would initially be collated by Head office.
