Arduino project created using TinkerCad

I have designed a ubiquitous computing device that I now need to create a prototype for. The prototype must be created on TinkerCad but it also requires some 'thinking outside of the box' as some of the components needed to build my prototype aren't on there. Therefore I need someone who definitely knows their stuff and can find a way around my issues.
