Animation using jQuery Rotate plugin

Description
When a button is clicked, a transparent PNG image of a roulette will start spinning for 5 seconds approximately and then start to slow down until it stops smoothly on a specific slot (based on a result stored in a variable).

(No back-end programming should be coded, just XHTML, CSS and JS/jQuery)

Compatibility
The roulette must work in all modern browsers (FF, Chrome, Safari) including IE6+ and smartphones (Android, iPhone, etc.).

Coding specifications
* It should be easy to embed in different pages.
* Image of the roulette should be easy to change as there will be several versions of it.
* It should be easy to specify the result (once finished, I will add AJAX functionality to gather the result asynchronously from the server). The roulette has 8 slots. The variable of the result should be an integer from 0 to 7 (or 1 to 8).
