General information for the app: Community App with Chatfunction, Location approval and Events (participation and creation)

I`m looking for someone who can make an unique and astonishing UI for a sports related app. In addition I need the development of the app. If we find together I will give you a document with all necessary information and will be reachable whenever needed. The project has no definite deadline but should be done in the nearest future. I can also provide an idea of the UI that is simulated with Framer. For the design I would need full ownership and the source files of the design.
Regarding the development of the app for both platforms the code should not be made by a kit system and here also the source files should be provided. 

If you think you are only able to realise a part of this job please let me also know and I think about splitting it.

The app includes a chat function, a location based approval of the user aswell as a ranking system.

There is no backend yet built up, so we can develop it „together“ so it easier fits the apps.
