Taxi booking/ dispatch website, adminpanel And Native app for iOS And Android

What i need is this:
1. App for the customers so they can book a taxi and follow there taxi. Varification of the booked taxi, call/ chat possibility ( free service not paid! ), They can make a new account with there phone number, email and pasword or log in with there social media including phone number .

2. app for the taxi so they can get information and adres client. Verification, call and chat. They must make a new account with a activationcode that whe give them.

3. Chatmodule with the dispatch company , so users can chat directly with us.

4. membership for taxi drivers with Paymentmodule.

5. smart taxi price calculator for the clients. On the hand of adress and time they can get the price.

How will it works?

It will gather all the cliënts information of the trip, the adres where they are ( gps ) or a adres where they wana be picked up, the deliver adres, the time and date they want too be picked up, how much people and with car they prefer and they can also choose with what they wanna Pay too the taxidriver, cash, pin, points ( they can earn point on every time they book a taxi and with the points they earn they can get discount on a trip ) or creditcard ( because not every driver has a creditcardmachine in THE cab thats why ) they also can choose for more pickup places and a return so not only one way.

after they do that and click on the oke button they can see a price and time estimation of the trip and it will be send, they will get a confirmation and a push message how far there taxi is.

They can also choose a taxi by the rates of the driver and his car and can also add him too there favorite drivers.

they can also follow there taxi.

6. gps, so they can see how far there taxi is And THE taxi can navigate in THE App too there client.

7. push messages, so i can send them messages in cms too all the users and taxi drivers and dispatchers. Push messages reminder that the drivers can send too there clients if they are arrived

8. cms, for the apps and the website. Adminpanel for us, and adminpanel for the dispatchers.

10. users that are members can like taxi drivers and there cars and put a review about them.

Third milestone is after the iOS and android app is finisht and all the bugs are fixed and uploaded on our server then the last milestone will be released of 350,- Euro.
