Description of requirements/functionality: Hi,

I have developed a new stopwatch app I had an idea for but I have run into a few problems with features I want to add. The features I want to add are fairly basic and I already have the stopwatch, laps and buttons working as I want them.

The additional features are:

- "rate me" notification after a few app uses with
- a way to disable or enable vibration on button taps
- keeping the time up to date when the stopwatch app in put in the background/phone locked using -timeSinceInterval for example.

To repeat, I already have the design sorted and the code to the core stopwatch functions is also already done.

I have a few more planned but I need these features to be working first. So do a good job for a fair price and there may be more in it for you!
