Small app to play videos on pay-per-view basis.

We need Version 1 of an app to play five videos in portrait / vertical format. (Yes, it must be an app - Android AND Apple). It needs to charge users a price-per-minute. No UX required - this is just a functional / technical project at this time. Detailed specification in enclosed document.

We will manage this project with very strict deadlines: you define the milestones and you set the timescale you are comfortable with - but then you please absolutely deliver to those milestones and times. We will require full source code after development.
