PHP Scripting work

We have a requirement to automate a call centre call transfer process within a PHP web application.
If an agent needs to transfer a call to a third party, the manual process is :-

1.Pressing the 'Park call' button
2.Pressing the 'Transfer conf ' button
3.Pasting the number from the 'branch' data field into the call destination box
4.Pressing the 'Dial with customer button' to give an assisted transfer whereby the agent introduces the call to the company being called whilst the call originator is on hold listening to music / a message.

We have a requirement to put an open call through to a phone number contained in an alternative data field in the agent interface with a 1 click automated process. So your task would be to make the number in the field a clickable button or to create a new button which initiates the process of :-

1.Pressing the 'Park call' button
2.Pressing the 'Transfer conf ' button
3.Pasting the number from the 'branch' data field into the call destination box
4.Pressing the 'Dial with customer button'

The application is PHP with a backend SQL database supplying the data and populating the agent interface. A screenshot of the current agent interface is attached along with further screenshots of the transfer process.
