Need Signature App

General information for the app: Need a signature app in android to list and show the available PDF in category wise. The user should be able to view the PDF content and once they see the app will allow the user to sign the document with touch facility . The app will send the signature back to the source application
Kind of development: New app from scratch
Description of requirements/features: Admin will be able add and save the source URL in the app for receiving the PDF List with details. ( Source URL for listing the PDf will be from third party application )
Source URL must be labelled to categorize
User can able to view the PDF on category wise
Once the PDF has been read, user can able to sign using with touch facility
Once the user has been signed and confirmed , the sign should be sent to the destination URL (Destination URL will be from the third party application)
Once the document is signed and confirmed it must identify in a different color.
Admin should be able to manage multiple Sources and list separate
admin should be able to edit the saved URL details

App should be compatible for 5, 7, and 10 Inch Devises )
Specific technologies required: Android (From kitkat to marshmallow )
