General information for the app: Need a mobile app
Description of requirements/features: Apps should be native. Swift is the preferred language for iOS. It should be possible to open the app from Safari / Android browser providing parameters, ie. video quality, external web content url, audio only or not, etc., do a recording of video or audio and then close the app and return to the browser. Recorded video or audio should be stored in the app's local file system (we will by ourselves integrate it with our web application). Video encoding: H.264. Audio encoding: AAC/M4A/MP3. It is important for the user to be able to look at the web content while recording video or audio.

So the interaction flow will be: User open a web (our) page which contains a link to the native app. App opens, user record video or audio while looking at a web page (our). User can repeat the recording process until satisfied, then press a button (which we will do the coding for) for uploading the video or audio to our servers. App closes.
