IPhone/IPad development

Looking for development if an IPhone/IPad application development, including design based on our current corporate look. App to include details of the services we offer as Consulting Engineers related to Highway Planning matters. Want to include two application calculators where user cn determine through the input of basic data if they require our services, include a fee quote request form and our contact details and a request a call back form.

Potential to also in the future develop the final application to other platforms.
