IPhone App that lets users record video

General information for the business: A school
Kind of development: New program from scratch
Description of requirements/functionality: We are a school that are looking or a very very simple app. it will be used just 1 time so doesn’t need to be over complicated or secure.

It should ask the user for some details, then show them a random question where they record a video and press submit. On submit it generates a random ID.

From the admin side we want to just view the details, download the video and mark as “watched”.

Perhaps the first school needs a password so not anyone can download and use?

It should be made for iPhone (but we will also use on iPad scaled up only is fine)

Provide with me the following in your proposal:

- The time you need
- What you need from me i.e what server? Developer License? etc.. what do you need from my side.
- How will users install the app? App store?
