IPhone App Development - colour coding

We have an existing iPhone app that integrates with our SQL Server database. We would like to implement some colour coding or conditional formatting functionality to some of the records that are returned. We need a developer who can implement this functionality throughout the app so that we can apply it wherever we require it moving forward. Must have experience of developing apps for iPhone and iPad.
