General information for the app: iPhone and Android app for an existing CS-Cart Store

Description of every page/module: We need iOS and Android app for an existing CS-Cart Store that will be able to perform checkout from app inside. Apps must be guaranteed accepted to App Stores.

Budget is no more than 1200€ per App.
Description of requirements/features: Will have to much to color and style to the existin CS-Cart store in v424. There is not wireframe or desing ready, will have to work completely independent from store-checkout-payments etc- no redirection to desktop store! This shoud be as an CS-Cart Addon bridge and not direclty to the DB (using the CS-Cart API) - CS-Cart Addon compliant and upgadable no core changes-
