I need to cache images to prevent memory exceptions

I have an app that loads 9 animations, which contains 6 frames each, and when I get to the 8th image I get a memory exception. I need somebody to help me cache images or find another solution to efficiently load images.

I need somebody experienced and who has good communication skills. It should be a small job for an experienced developer. Somebody who has done image caching in Android before would be preferred.
