Experience Level: Entry
I am looking for somebody to do bits of freelance work, maybe 10 hours per week. They need to be good at writing HTML5 and CSS. Also be able to code native apps using C# or something along them lines. The website work is just new pages here and there every now and then. Whereas the app I will require a special log in feature which people can log in and change their status to online. From the admin side i want to be able to log in and see where all the users are via a map.
