I need an API and source code for a new App

General information for the app: security app

few features which most apps miss on !

Must be a TOP-UP system that works alongside the already existing security system of "any kind" and it must not disturb/interfere in any way the existing security system so it would check/detects what is missing in the existing security and just switch on all the additional cover security that is missing.
Highly modular and capsular so for later upgrades and improvement then there will be no need for writing everything from scratch.
No need to repeat the usual stuff that others have but we do need the serious stuff
simplicity of use that a child can work with, as they say like childs play
Graphically pretty with strong clarity
People these days are worried about hackers + or messages/photos be intercepted + outsiders websites accessing their system ....etc


Please to encourage the ..... to come up with some inspiration of their own that fits my general requirement.

=> this app must pierce through the jungle of other apps in the Market otherwise it won't sell.


It is work that if done well now then when it comes to selling it you would have a easier job then.
