I need a professional app for IOS/Android

Hey, first i want to tell you that my english is not perfect and sorry for the mistakes. I'm Freshman IT student from Croatia and here it is hard to find students jobs, because we have only one official site that is publishing jobs and one unofficial facebook page where students can find something for work. Okay now when you know the root of the problem, my idea and goal are simple to connect both of these resources and create a basic app for ios/android. That will include jobs in put in categories. Example IT category - some it related job. When you click on the job my idea was that is easy to contact the company. And if its possible to provide some feedback to the company. EX. company "ledo" wants someone to help them in puttings things to the shelf for 3 euro /h and when some student finish his job he can put some feedback and give start from 0-5 how the company treated him. and i thought about feedback in relation student - company. Because here lot of small comanys does not give money their studens and force them to do more work than they previously asked. So something like uber score system where driver and person can have scores.
