I need a complete bespoke software/web application built to streamline my company

General information for the business: we are a car sales/finance company
Kind of development: New program from scratch
Description of requirements/functionality: I am looking for someone (preferably local to newcastle upon tyne) who can design and code a full bespoke web application encompassing a crm to manage our sales leads with sms capabilities, an inventory system for our stock of cars and an invoicing/accounts system.

Please note that I imagine that this will be a very big job for someone and I am only looking for someone who is professional and fully capable of pulling this off. I would like to meet in person to discuss our requirements further.

We are currently using 3 or 4 different systems to run our organisation and paying monthly subscriptions to each of these for multiple users. We need something that can streamline our whole business. Only apply if you are able to meet in newcastle upon tyne and are up to the job. Thanks
