Gumtree multi job posting tool

my busy recruitment company requires a multi job posting tool for gumtree, here is my problem.
I have hundreds of vacancies in every city in the UK and require my jobs to be on the gumtree website on a weekly basis, but i do not have to time to visit each city on the gumtree site and post the same job in each area. Thus i need a programmer to made me an application that will let me submit my jobs to all the gumtree cities across the UK, the same job heading, the same job description and same email address to send applications to through the gumtree website.

I have seen a posting tool called EZ Gumtree Poster 3.2.1 but i have tried it but it does not work. So if you think you can make me a program let me know and you have a deal.

My market sector is Healthcare and i post jobs nationwide. i am willing to pay around £50 as this is the quotes i have been getting.
