Develop Mobile Web or App Solution – (Possibly with Phonegap)

General information for the app: This app provides information to young people
Description of requirements/features: We are looking for a developer who can help advise us on the best way forward to achieve the best and most cost effective outcome for our needs.

We have created a very basic choose your own adventure type scenario in order to help young people understand money management, priority and non priority debt and the consequences of falling into debt. One story line is about the cost implications of getting a flat and the other about the perils of falling into debt.

The graphics have already been created, as a previous attempt to create an iPhone and Android version has failed. However these graphics may still require modification/editing depending on the solution advised.

We also had the issue of the apps being too large in size and the audio files had not yet been added. We now want to find out whether these can be created again successfully or whether a web based mobile app might be better and more cost effective.

Your responsibilities:

- Review and perform a technical analysis of requirements
- Produce a solid, detailed technical design
- Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements
- Contribute ideas for making the application(s) better and easier to use

Functionality required

-Registration/log in
- data capture and data retrieval/reporting in user friendly way e.g not just csv files
- Post to Facebook
- Capture images and post to Facebook
- User personalisation
- At specific points users can add content that is shared publically, text and images
- User generated content may need functionality for moderation or reporting misuse
- Content added by users to be organised under given headings and accessed via a search if neccessary
- moving backwards and forwards through screens
- Pop up boxes
