Create a qr code scanner that changes url and send data to my site.

Kind of development: New app from scratch
Description of requirements/features: I need a QR Code scanner.
The qrcode will retrieve the url, i don't wanna open this url.
I wanna pass the parameter to my url
This app will scanner qrcode and open my url.
Replace original url to the new just putting my url

and copy url retrived by qr code changed
Only swapping ? in & per .aspx?chNFe= by .aspx&chNFe=
