General information for the app: Need a computer generated space background

Description of requirements/features: The following job is to recreate a simple space BG video (see attached video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Voc49o-F_DA) that we want coded as a procedurally computer generated graphic for use on a mobile app (both android and ios)
• Should be coded natively for both Android (java) and iOS (swift/objective C) so they can be plugged in easily into both application versions.
• Loops seamlessly.
• Some degree of randomness/procedural generation - where there is significant degree of variability so the users are not seeing the same exact loop/animation every cycle of a few seconds.
• 2 main elements are the stars, and the space clouds for the animation
• High resolution – should be suitable for a full range of resolutions for all common iOS and android platforms and resized without any problems
• Variables/parameters of the BG should be able to be changed freely whilst application is running to smoothly change:
o Speed
o Density of star field stars
o Size of stars
o Hue (default is the purple clouds as in video)
o Overall size/resolution of the animation boundaries
• High performance with the specified mobile languages – should not be resource intensive and not significantly affect the overall performance of the applications.
