Build a Native iOS Mobile App connecting two user groups with perfect UI

Seeking an app developer or development company that has experience with end-to-end mobile app development, and apps which connect two User groups, such as Upwork, Uber or Kijiji – for this app, let’s call them ‘Users’ and ‘Providers’.

I'm looking to create an app that allows the User to Post a ‘Job’ and get Quotes on it from all local Providers.
• Core Features/Functionality:
o Gallery (feed) with Completed ‘Jobs’ in the User’s city
o User’s ‘Jobs’ and their details/status
o Post a ‘Job’
o Inbox with Messages from local providers for each ‘Job’ the User has posted
o Send Invites to the User’s friends and family to join the community/app
• Other Important Features in MENU:
o User Profile, where they can edit it and other Users can Follow them
o Social (Join Us) and Sharing (Share) on 6 major Social Media Networks
o Support / Donate (accepts donations from Users) – app is Free for Users
o Blog (feed)
o Feedback (for Users to send app feedback on problems and Upvote suggestions to improve)
o Provider Profile is Public and viewable by all Users, it must feature a Gallery of their ‘Jobs’
o Providers pay for an account/membership on the website and/or on the app before they can login to the app
• Standard App Landing Page website with Promo Video and Payment page for Providers.
