Android (initially) app for home assistance

Skyrad have developed an in-home IoT sensor for helping homeowners. The exact application is confidential and we would need the successful applicant to sign an NDA.

The sensor broadcasts data over bluetooth low energy. We have sample code for Android that reads and interprets the bluetooth messages that we will supply, and we have a dummy application that the applicant can have the code for.

We would like a consumer friendly app that can illustrate graphically conditions based on the bluetooth sensor data, for example that an appliance has been running for x minutes, or that a temperature is too hot, or that a user should turn something off or on in their home. We anticipate 2-3 different screens that update in real time based on the sensor data, plus a pair/connect screen. There will also be 'guide' function that assists users in performing a task and gives real time feedback on when they have done it based on the bluetooth sensor data.

We can provide outlines of what we would like screens to do, but would need the applicant to assist with the graphics and UX design.

We would like an Android app initially, then a port to iOS at a later date. We would expect the iOS version to incur an additional cost over the fixed price.
