General information for the app: Stopwatch Application

Description of requirements/features: We are requiring a native app to be developed to be used on a tablet device. We currently have a booking software where instructors can manage their classes and students. The app would provide the instructor with the ability to time "challenges" for students (stopwatch) and synchronise them.

The app will conduct the following fuctions:

1. Download a schedule for a venue
2. View the schedule and students
3. Time the students

All data needs to be able to work offline and synchronise when a connection is available once a schedule is downloaded. The API has been developed and is ready.
