Background: Review of our current PSA and RMM.
We’re an IT MSP and finding our current PSA is lacking in certain areas to fit our business needs.
With this is mind we are now looking to utilise Dynamics 365 to customise a solution to fit our needs.
The solution will be used for primarily our helpdesk/ticketing system but also work for our operational needs too, for example;
Inventory and Procurement
Contracts
Document Manager
Time Tracking
Project Management
Account Management
And so on.
Budget and price to be discussed.
