General information for the business: We provide online language videos to schools.
Kind of development: Customization of existing program
Description of requirements/functionality: We are a subscription based business which sells annual licences to schools to access our online language videos.
We have built up steadily over about 4 years and we now have numerous databases and 3rd-party Saas which are not in synch such as:
Our own client database
Xero
Pipedrive
Campaign Monitor
Zendesk
Email client (Outlook)
We need someone to do 2 things:
1 - Advise and consult on the most efficient way to restructure (possibly using a new CRM)
2 - Implement that restructuring
We would prefer someone in the UK in case of the need to come and visit the offices in Oxford.
