WooCommerce help

We are a technology focused marketing consultancy with the ability for clients to purchase services online. The website is done and we're 75% there with the online store. I just need help tying up the final loose ends which are mainly related to WooCommerce.

Multiple items
We have a couple of services that we have discounted if clients buy in bulk. These are currently listed separately but it would look a lot better if they could be combined. E.g. It would automatically discount depending on the quantity they choose.

Email templates
I don't have a clue what any of the auto-generated templates look like. I would like to get a copy of them all in word so I can make any necessary changes and then have these put back into the system.

End to end testing
Once the emails are confirmed, a good run through/test would be brilliant to check that it works.
