Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of requirements/features: I need a web developer who can set up an ecommerce site using opencart, I have purchased a template; http://journal.digital-atelier.com/2/. I can provide jpg mock ups and all information needed to make this as easy as possible, for someone who knows what they are doing it is an quick job. I do want to include a gallery, blog and newsletter but all this come in the theme. More can be discussed at a later date. Budget can be discussed!
