Description
Experience Level: Expert
Hi there,
I have a Shopify store (harthagerty.com). I use the Bundle Builder App, and I am having a lot of problems lately. When my customers build a bundle (a custom necklace), it says certain products are "sold out" when they are not. The developer of the Bundle Builder App says this is the problem and the solution. Can you help me fix it ASAP?
This is the bundle page where I am experiencing problems:
https://harthagerty.com/apps/bundles/bundle/19341
***explanation below from App Developer***
We were inspecting your bundles to find the cause of the out of stock messages - and managed to find the issue finally!
The cart drawer. By default, the app does not integrate with this part of the theme upon installation. What I would suggest, is running through the integration for the cart drawer. If the drawer must be used, this will be the method to resolve it:
https://bbdocs.agile.haus/advanced-guides/theme-changes/integrating-the-cart-drawer-with-bundle-builder
When bundles are added to the Cart drawer, they don't clearer recognise stock values on the store side, which often gives out of stock messages (As it cant locate stock.). Theres a little bit more to it then that, but you get the jist. If integration is not a possibility at this time, I would suggest switching the themes cart to page, rather than drawer.
I hope this is useful - If there is anything further we can assist with today - please feel free to drop the team an email anytime. We'll be in touch with an update shortly.
Kind regards,
