Shopify Discount Customisation

Hi,

I have urgent work that I need to be complete in one day. I need to set up some custom discounts on my store. https://www.my-fresh-box.co.uk/collections/all/main-meals

1. I have products at £5.50, £6.00 and £6.50,

When someone orders 10 (of any) I want the price of all those products to change to £5.50. Customers could have 5@£5.50 and 5@6.50. In this case the 5 products ordered at £6.50 would change to £5.50. Collection tag: Main Meals

2. 3 Smoothies for £10. Collection tags: Smoothies

3. Monthly Meal Plans Have a 10% Discount. Collection tags: High Protein Plan, Low Calorie Plan, Vegan Plan

Happy to explain this more. But can all of this be done today?
