Responsive design on Opencart

Description of every page/module: We have a number of projects which we require to progress with fairly rapidly. A number of these are on Opencart - however we also have larger projects on Magento.
Description of requirements/features: Styling up a standard Opencart responsive template with graphics, colour scheme, and perhaps lifestyle images and featured product images.

Initial setup of categories, sub categories, and product filters, with the addition of a fex example products to demonstrate the filters in use.
Payment methods: Credit Card, Paypal, Specific Payment Gateway, Other
Specific technologies required: css, html, opencart
