New E-commerce Website Build with full CMS

We require the designing and building of a brand new e-commerce website.

The new site will require a full back office CMS system for the full management of products, customers and orders.

The site and CMS need to be based on a commonly available platform, and not tied in any way to a specific web designer or web design company.

Any bids should also include the design of the site's front end - this is important as we want to create a visually high quality site, so please allow for this (and numerous revisions) in your bid.

I attach a functionality 'wish-list' (in both .pdf and MS Word .docx forms). This list is by no means exhaustive, and as we get into the project additional requirements will no doubt appear. More importantly the list is a 'wish-list', not a spec list, so nothing is set in stone if it is too costly or difficult to achieve. Those items highlighted in blue text are more important, whereas those in green text are 'nice-to-haves'.

When bidding, please list (by number) which items from the wishlist are NOT included in your fixed bid price, and WHY you have not been able to include them - we will not consider any bids that do not include this analysis.

Please also feel free to highlight any important/additional features that are included in your proposed CMS/E-commerce site functionality, but are not on the 'wish-list'.

Whilst this, in itself, is a one off project, we expect the website to grow and develop over time. We are therefore looking to develop a longer term relationship with the winning bidder on this project, and future work will very likely be available as a result.
