Need a Magento Developer to do some UI changes on Magento e-commerce website

General information for the website: It is a fashion e-commerce website
Description of requirements/features: The Home page UI needs to be redesigned, without affecting the functionalities. Changes to be done are the following :

1. Change header menu
3. Layout changes in the Home page
2. Need to fetch blog articles and display

The website is developed in Magento Community Edition 1.8.1.0
Specific technologies required: Magento Community Edition 1.8.1.0
Extra notes: The developer should have thorough knowledge in Magento and specifically in revamping existing websites. We will be providing the required cPanel details and UI.
The changes need to be done only in the home page, without affecting the inner pages
