Magento slider has disappeared from clients website template

Description of requirements/features: There should be a slider above the grid, but the client pressed the reset and save and now it is not appearing.

Below is an explanation from client

"In admin Right clicked on skin image.
Selected insert/edit image.
Clicked browse by image/url
selected picture - inserted file
then when I said update it said this.
Are you sure you want to continue without including an Image Description? Without it the image may not be accessible to some users with disabilities, or to those using a text browser, or browsing the Web with images turned off.
I said ok and when I saw large picture was when I hit reset button and save.

Just thought prior to that i was trying to change home boxes pic 6 but when i put in photo it showed a box that said words would be lost if i put the photo in i said ok as i thought i could put them back in later but it just showed the picture under the words so i hit reset thinking it was an undo button and saved so i could call you later to ask how to do the home pics again.
When i saved everything looked the same on my admin page.
I looked on the homepage and that is when i saw the sliders gone"
