Magento - New Navigation Structure

General information for the website: Amend navigation structure
Description of requirements/features: The navigation structure needs to change. At the moment, if you hover over the horizontal menu a drop down sub menu appears under some of the categories. We need that dropdown to be another horizontal menu rather than a dropdown. Then that 2nd horizontal menu will have a dropdown.

I need it to look exactly like the main menu on https://www.wolfandbadger.com/

Some of the navigation will also change but I will give further info when I've accepted a proposal.

This is quite an urgent job and needs to be done asap.

My client has now asked for this job to include the following:

Adding some text on each product category page which is about 9 to 10 pages. I don't know if there is already a space in which to add this text or whether it needs to be created as I don't use Magento myself but I'm sure anyone familiar with Magento will know this. If anyone who has already quoted on this could re-quote bearing this in mind, I would really appreciate it.
