Magento Modification and Speed Enhancement

General information for the website: We sell Lingerie
Description of requirements/features: 1) Fix minor layout issues, i.e. enlarge pop up box missing tick boxes.
2) Modify current 'Contact Us' form, adding more text boxes i.e. Subject drop down menu and order number box.
3) Add Blog page to website.(I will do the blogging).
4) Add Youtube video. (I will do the youtube video)
5) Modify invoice layout i.e. take out price and tax and adding text.
6) Styling boxes for filter headers i.e. Price, Colour etc. in category pages.
7) 'Out of Stock' items, allow upto 14 working days delivery (backorders). (pop up box to explain).
8) Add new feature, get 10% off first order with sign up to newsletter. (auto generating unique coupon code) and email.
9) Take off the .html at the end of the website address. (not sure if this makes much difference...)
10) 'Subscribe to RSS Feed' is not working, or take out (no real need for it).

Speed Enhancement:
Fix 'Yslow' and GT Metrix speed enhancement issues i.e. specify image dimensions, fix W3C errors, add Expires headers, avoid AlphaImageLoader filter, make fewer HTTP requests, minify JavaScript and CSS, defer parsing of JavaScript etc. etc.

Timeframe: 1 week before Weds 22nd Jan 2014
