Magento Installation, Development and Site Migration from Jshop Server

Description of requirements/features: We have an existing website running on JShop sever, we would like to create a new improved version of this site products and sections as well as creating a dedicated section for video tutorials.

The current site features a colour picker which would also be required on the new site.

The site is fully multilingual and has an admin panel for translators to remotely login and update any translations which are marked as required.

The new site would require a fully responsive Magento installation and setup onto a new cPanel server, a new theme, features installing/creating and products, sections, images translations etc. transferring whist maintaining the visible/invisible status, stock levels and action on zero. Shipping and delivery rates and methods and payment integration. Assistance may be required with PCI compliance.

I would prefer to hire a developer who will be on hand full time 40+ hours a week for at least 2-3 months to so that once the installation is completed the site will continually be enhanced and improved, we are very open to suggestions of new and interesting features which could be added to improve the sites success.
