We do have a custom eComm solution written in Laravel/PHP site w/ Multi Warehouse and Stock Management. Can tweak a bit to provide Supplier API for delivery dates. My question is either you looking to update the current eComm site or looking forward to moving to a better codebase? Does the budget is realistic? What is the lead time to complete the project?
