I need changes made to an opencart site to make it more functional and appealing

General information for the website: We are a sandwich shop who also cater for corporate buffets and parties. We want clients to be able to order food online.
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: -domain changing to NG17food (purchased on 123reg)
- logo changing to NG17 Deli Bar and Catering (basic text logo in blue)
- homepage needs redesigning to feature specials and advertising buffet packages
- map and address details in footer alongside information bar
-i want it so the product pages come up when chosen from the drop down menu on the homepage. At the minute a description of the product and product title shows, meaning you have to click on the title before the product page comes up.
- wishlist and compare options removed
- prices range from minimum to maximum for example. bacon and egg roll is £2.00 for a small and £3.00 for a large so i want it to show £2.00-£3.00. prices vary for each product but if the code is changed so i can do this i will be able to help with inputting the prices.
- options in product pages to be changed so that *size is at the top, followed by any other options beginning with *.
- may look better if the side bar is removed on the right hand side and the footer is brought us to just below product so there is not ass much white space.
