General information for the website: sell tile online
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of every page/module: Homepage: have a few room scenes and featured products (I will provide pictures) .
Browse Shop: Shows all available collections, have a refine search with; size, color, finish, material, price. Will need subpages for collections.
Subpage example:
• Browse shop: Choose Collection- Chelsea Collection, Evert Collection, Prism Collection, Tranditions Collection (Will have room scene as main picture)
• Chelsea Collection: Choose color- White, White Matte, Light Grey, Dark Grey, Black (Picture of single Item, in 3x6 size)
• White: choose size- 3x6, 3x12, 3x6 Bullnose, 1x6 Pencil, 1x12 Pencil, 2x6 London, 2x12 London (Picture of single Item).
• 3x12: Pictures(one single item, 1-3 room scenes), product information (basic info of this product), product reviews (allows buyers to leave reviews), product specs (technical info- thicknes, PEI rating, water absorption,etc.), similar items link (bullnose, pencil, London, other 3x12 colors), square footage calculator (person needs 100sqft. = 33 boxes@ 3sqft/box= 102 sqft), shipping estimate calculator (Fedex and/or UPS).


Description of requirements/features: What is your target audience?
Looking to sell to households for backsplash and bathroom walls mainly. Will most likely put it on 3rd party sales outlets such as Wayfair, Houzz, etc. The usual order is between 75- 200 square feet.

How many products do you sell a month?
We currently have about 50-60 SKUs that we sell in distribution to other retailers. We are looking to put most of those products online at retail pricing (price will be a little higher than our distribution customers to avoid stealing sales from them).

Do you have a specific look you are going for?
I would like to set up a simple but elegant looking E-Commerce website. Something that would help is a square footage calculator, and quick shipping calculator.

How many pages do you want?
Not sure. Would need a good amount of subpages for example: The Chelsea series, comes in 2 different sizes and has 5 different special pieces (bullnose, chair rails, etc.). Then the Chelsea series also comes in 5 different colors ( same pieces in all colors).

Do you want a user database?
Yes, as products change, we will need to update or series and adjust inventory.

When do you need this done by?
The sooner the better.

Extra notes: Would like to create a way to also control inventory automatically when items are sold. Currently use Microsoft access but would consider changing to another inventory control database to make it easier. If changing databases, I would also need to be able to create invoices and orders not from internet sales ( in store sales).
Would also like to be able to link to 3rd party sellers such as amazon.com, houzz.com, overstock.com, wayfair.com, etc.
