E-commerce website for my vacation rental business

General information for the website: i rent apartments
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of every page/module: Hi everybody,
and thanks for reading my job offer.
I love working with designers via pph!!!

I need a website done that can allow my future guests to see each place and book it directly via the website.
I have 8 properties for now (in canada and france)
When you click on one place, I want to see some pictures of it, see the calendar, description and be able to book it and pay for it in a safe and easy way.

Just so you know, I prefer to work with someone that has done that before and can show me a working prototype.

Airbnb.com is a good example of a simple design and easy to operate platform.

Description of requirements/features: I have an account with airbnb, is there a way that my new site connect with it??

CMS and Admin requirements: I would like to be able to manage the content myself in a simple way if possible.
I want to be able to edit pictures, description and the calendar
