Urgent Microsoft Access Developer Required

Hi All,
I am in need of an urgent Access developer for a database i have created a access database that I have split in frontend and backend which will be upsized to clients server, however before i go and distribute i would like to create a licensing module for it.. by that i mean a way for the user to enter the licensing serial code every year or lets say we have some for 1 year, 2year and 5 year and a 14 day trial one. When the license expired the database gives them a complimentary month but start alerting each user logging in from a month before that they need new license. after the complimentary month the databse should not allow anyone to login..

I will require for you to sign a NDA before and I share the application with anyone.

As far as Budget goes It is set at £50 based.
