Pricing Spreadsheet - Excel

Hi,

We are looking for somebody to create an excel spread sheet for producing prices for our service Air Tightness Testing.

At the moment we use the attached PDF document (see table Domestic Pressure Testing Fees) to price jobs within a two hour radius of our office.

What I would like is for the user to be able to input the drive time in hours, so for example 2.5, then the spread sheet produce the price to quote.

For any drive time within two hours the spread sheet should produce the values in the table, from the ‘single test’ row.

There should be another row that asks ‘Any additional tests? – max 2’ which then adds £90 for each additional test. Note that additional tests should be listed as a separate price as we list them separately on our quotation.
For any jobs within Central London add an additional £25

For jobs 2-2.5 hours add £25 to first test price

For jobs 2.5 – 3 hours add £50 to first test price

For jobs 3-3.5 hours add £100 to first test price

So for example the spread sheet would look something like this

Drive Time 1.5hours

Is it London: No
Any additional Tests (Max 2) - 2
No of Beds 5

Result: Single Test Price £210

Result: Additional Tests: £180

We would need to be able to change the values easily in the future to adjust the pricing.
