PHP/MySQL Developer Needed To Modify Existing Code

We need an expert Programmer with 3 - 5 years of experience in PHP, MySQL, HTML and CSS that knows what he is doing and could work off of Code that was made by someone else and is able to customize it.

The programmer MUST have a proven record of work and MUST be punctual.

Candidate will be working 5-8 hours a day and MUST be available when required.

REQUIREMENTS:
- PHP programming. Developer will code, debug, and unit test systems per requirements and technical design.
- Strong SQL development and design skills.
- Knowledge of and experience applying design patterns and implementing industry best practices required.
- DB Design and Development. Developer will be expected to code, update, debug and optimize SQL.
- Check for security functionality on the website.

MUST HAVE:
- Must have a reliable high-speed broadband internet connection
- Must be able to work 5-8 Hours a day
- Must speak fluent English
- Must have a proven record in Web programming
- Must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement


Would like the project completed by June 21, 2010.
