MS Access reprogamming

We habe two MS Access XP databases that are linked. These are lists of sexual health clinics in the UK. We need someone who can make a few changes to these for us. We require some new fields adding to the main forms. We also require a new query to produce a CSV/Excel document with certain information and to program a comman button on the switchboard for this. Also any recommendations that you may feel can be done once looked at.
