Migrate 4 access 2000 and 2003 standalone dB's over to Ms sql server 2008. do an initial inspection of the databases remotely - flag any possible issues - on go ahead the target is to migrate the databases over to sql server within a week. largest DB is 3GB - smallest 20MB.
