Increase membership numbers from 200 paying per month to over 1000!

Description of requirements/features: Hi,

We have a very established website, but are keen to increase our paid subscribers and free subscribers.

We get around 200 free members a month, and 5-10 "Gold" members paying £5-6 a month.

They generally stay Gold for 6-12 months.

We have seen a rival set up, and obviously spending far more on marketing, they now have over 7000 paid subscribers.

We are interested in spending quite a bit on a marketing budget to increase our paid members, and non paid members.

We are looking for online marketing experts to help with this.
